on demand problems

So I tried purchasing a movie last night.  And I kept getting an error message and to try again later. It was a 48 hour rental so I figured I would wait and try watching today.  Still wouldn't work. Other shows, and movies would work but not this one. Finally I reset my box.  Now it doesn't even show I purchased anything. Any help or should I just call customer service and try and get a credit.

We can assist you with this! I apologize for the difficulty with On Demand. Did the movie start to play before the error came up? If didn't begin to play, our system may not have even applied a charge for the movie. What movie did you order last night?

No it didn't start.  The moment I selected purchase it gave me the error message. And it was the new Cinderella movie.  However I have since purchased again. Nieces will not wait for technical problems.  I just don't want to be charged twice is all.

Our billing system will not charge twice for the same title id within the rental time. For example, if you ordered Cinderella in HD, you want to make sure you continue to order in HD. If you order Cinderella in HD on one TV and SD on another, the account will be billed twice. In order to confirm, we will need to check the account.
