ON DEMAND operation needs fixing.

I have asked this question before and all I get is the suggestion was forwarded. And this was 3 years ago. It is very frustrating to watch any show on ON DEMAND. The reason being is when the show is done you are put back in the channel selection menu. For instance if you are watching say a series on HBO and the episode you are watching finishes the screen does not go back to that series choice or even the HBO menu but back to the first menu you see when entering ON DEMAND. You guys should do what NETFLIX does and allow "binge viewing" where the next episode in a series starts automatically. If someone is watching a PPV movie and it finishes doesn't make sense to put the viewer back in the PPV movie choices instead of back to the main menu? It is most frustrating when watching the shorter videos such as music videos or the behind the scenes ones.

I know it is a software issue, but why isn't it being changed?

Last night I watched an episode in ON DEMAND/CBS/MOM.  Finish the episode then find myself back in the ON DEMAND MENU, when

I should have been returned back to at least the CBS menu or in the MOM episode listing.

Just saying.

I totally agree with this - and it's the main reason I choose to DVR programs that I'd otherwise watch On Demand to save the storage space. If I know I only want to watch one episode of something, that's OK, but for catching up if I've got more than one episode to see it's just so frustratingly clunky.

While on the subject of On Demand, it's also much more difficult than it needs to be to find what you're looking for. Too many different places to look.

I use the DVR about 95 percent of the time. Only watch it when I have more then two shows on at the same time.

With the DVR you can skip past the commercials.  With the ON DEMAND shows they force you to watch them, on most of the channels.

Yes, the menu they present needs to be streamlined so it is easier to use.

There is PRIMETIME and FREE ZONE and a lot the channels there overlap.

I try to avoid the ON DEMAND whenever possible.

I don't know what Verizon FIOS has for their menu setup but I bet is better than this.

The software needs to be changed and upgraded to fit the needs of the consumer.
