On Demand not available

I've not been able to access any On Demand channels in the last few days.  This seems to coincide with the change in menus.  When I try to access an On Demand channel, say NBC, I can get to the individual show listings, but when I select a particular episode, I get the error that "we are unable to fulfill your request at this time."  Then another error pops up about checking my cable connections.

I previously had no problem with the On Demand until this new menu format.  I've tried multiple On Demand channels, all with the same result.  I have tried to reset my cable box by unplugging for 10 minutes, but this does not resolve the problem.  I've checked my cables (coax, power, hdmi) and they are all fine. 

It looks like I'm not the only one to have this problem.  Is there anything else I can try to resolve this issue?

It sounds like you may have an issue that basic troubleshooting like you've already done may not be able to resolve. I'd like to look at the account and the levels in the home to see what is going on here. At this time it appears only NBC remains unavailable. Appears related to recent change to On demand. Please advise when fix will b e completed.

Hi Marshall, I was just in On Demand and I am able to access NBC content without any issues. I tried three different programs to make sure I was able to start them and view them. Are you seeing an error message when you try to access the content?
