On Demand Menus Slow

Why are the On Demand Menus so slow? I was searching for a particular show and the On Demand response time is about 2 seconds for each key press. Is this normal? I have the whole house DVR and this happens on both boxes. Service is in Macon, GA. Thanks

Hello Frank I'am Having the same Trouble Here In Rhode Island as Well My On Demand Is Running Very Slow As Well My On-Demand Menus Are Running Slow and Sometimes My On- Demand Frezezs Up As Well I Have Spoken To Cox Serval Times about This and The Last I Herd That thire Is A Softweare Upgrade Coming To The Contour Guide it Should Resolve This Issuee With The On-Demand The Upgarde Softweare To The Contour Guide Was Spsoused To Take Place This Month But It Has Been Pushed Back I Dont Know when The Software Upgrde Will Happen I Was Told Somtime This Summer Hope I Was Able To Help

He is letting you know that there is an upgrade to the guide that is supposed to fix the problems you are getting. It has been pushed back though so I guess we all have to live with the issues we are having.
