i agree. the www.coxmoviecoupon.com does not work.. why is it so difficult ? you should have access to it when you log in to website..

I tried it failed not only with this code, other times too. could be a scam, time for district attorney maybe I can make money from them

I once received a letter in the mail stating that I had received some free on demand movies. When I tried to use the coupon code I got an error message stating that it was not valid. I sent an email to Cox and they first replied that it was not a valid coupon. I then scanned the letter in and emailed it back to them and got no response. A few days later I received another coupon for 6 movies, a new coupon code and was able to use all of them. Try sending them the letter, and the envelope. Hopefully it will be post marked, however, the envelope that I received had no post mark (oddly). I don't even think the letter itself was dated. Good luck.
