Not getting emails

I am trying to change my facebook password and it says its sending me an email but I am not receiving one. I have checked my spam and trash folders too.

I'd suggest logging into your webmail and going to the setting for starters.  If possible, try disabling any allow/block senders as well as message rules that may have been setup.  You can also check the spam blocker settings and make sure it's not set to automatically delete spam.
