Not getting 100Mbps for my premier plan upgrade

I recently upgraded to the premier plan but has not been able to get close to 100Mbps speed.  In fact, it stays at my previous preferred plan speed which is only at 50Mbps.  I called the tech support several times but nobody was able to resolve the issue.  I wonder if you could look into it.

I looked at the modem from this end and while it's not one of the models recommended for Premier it otherwise looks fine.  Can you try testing without the router to see if that makes a difference?
