Do you mean http://www.cox.com/myconnection/home.cox ? If not, then please give link. Also, what do you mean by a "red X". Do you mean where the pictures should be? Could you post a screenshot? I just went to the Las Vegas Cox.net page and no problmes.
::Edit:: This is now a known problem. See answered thread along same topic. Pictures are missing meta data.
