No photos on homepage
I am in Phoenix; use an iMac with OS 10.6.8 and Safari. I have posted on this subject previously. About a week ago all the photos on my homepage were replaced with white boxes with a "?" in the center. I contacted Cox support by phone and was asked to call another number for a solution to this problem. After some discussion and analysis, the agent told me Cox was aware of the issue and knew how to solve it, but that I had to sign up for a paid-for support service before they would do it. I refused to pay for a solution Cox knew about. As best as I know, Cox made some changes to their software just prior to this issue. Since I had made no changes on my end, I believe it is their responsibility to fix it! Another thing I noticed is that my homepage address has changed -- it used to include "ww2." Now it has changed to "www." and won't let me use "ww2." I don't know if this has anything to do with the issue.

I had the same problem for about two days, and after that I fixed it by deleting my temp files and cookies and then rebooting.
If they are trying to push this onto CTS then I want to hear that from a moderator, because I think that's Bos taurus merda...

Thanks for the reply. I tried this and it didn't help. They were pushing me to CTS. My latin is limited, but if your phrase means anything like BS, then I agree.

I worked on the problem the best I could being only a customer , and my data seemed to suggest that when copying the photo database over to the new site, the meta data got corrupted. There is a thread with more info and pictures here and there are several others throughout the board. I imagine they think its a issue with your browser or something similar, and thus the CTS, so I hope that isn't the official line, but the thoughts of one representative.

Tiffany, I just wanted you to know that over this weekend the photos began appearing again, one-by-one. Now all photos appear and one of the two videos appears. I don't know what you did, but thank you. Geno
