no email

I haven't had email for over a week. What is going on? I'm looking into changing to a Google account. I had to go back to faxing for work. Are we getting a credit on our accounts for not having email as well.

HI brian68, 

What type of error are you getting when you try to access your email?  We are currently not experiencing any email outages.  Are you logging into Webmail or are you using an email program?
