No Cox Login from BTN
When logging in from BTN all other providers present a log in page. Cox errors out. I have tried using MS Edge, Crome, Firefox. I have updated java and adobe. No luck. This seems to happen often with cox. Has anyone been more successful with another provider?

I assume you mean ABC's Behind The News? Are you able to log into other web/app services using Cox as the provider?

No BTN = Big Ten Network. College Sports. It is free to Cox customers but the log in does not complete. I have not tried using other web/app services.

As far as I know then, when accessing web streaming included with your cox subscription, you need to use the Primary (main) account details. Any of the 'child' accounts don't seem to be associated in the same way with the subscription services.
