NHL Center ICE HD channels 1631 and 1632 not working and tiling on 1633-1639 and sound cuts out on FOX sports
SInce the NHL season started Wednesday no games are available on channels 1631 and 1632 (just get a message that you need to subscribe to get these channels). I called COX and was told they were aware of the issue and working on it. Still no solution two days later (not acceptable for a package that costs $150). Also massive tiling on the other HD channels on the other Center Ice channels 1633-1639 which also happened with MLB extra innings package. This went on for all 6 months of baseball season with no solution. Not my equipment either since it happens on both connect 6 DVRS.
Watching baseball playoffs on Fox sports 1 is met with sound cut offs every 10 seconds. Again this has been going on all year too.

Just on those two channels the other channels for NHL Centre Ice are working (channels 1633-1639)

Signal issues can affect 2 or more receivers depending on where the issue is located. We will still need to check connections to confirm. Is the cable straight from the wall to the receiver or is there a splitter?
