NEWS ZONE
About every other Saturday for months the pictures on NEWS ZONE goes out (but not the red station information or the movable highlight frame) and does not return until the following Tuesday. All other "ZONE" channels work fine. I tried calling the problem in and went through the usual "We have no other complaints.", reset the box, check connections, then offer to send someone out. It is not logical that it is my equipment because, the channel works except for the pictures, all other "ZONES" and other channels work, the outage is regular and the return is usually regular. What is going on?

Hi harley,
If there is no known issue when you call and we've exhausted all troubleshooting steps over the phone, the next step would be to have a technician out. We schedule work orders 7 days a week in 2 hour time slots, 8-10, 10-12, 1-3, 3-5, and 5-7. If the problem continues, please email me at coxhelp@cox.com.
