Netflix
Apparently, Cox is about a year behind Comcast (Xfinity) again,
Netflix is offered through Comcast but there is a monthly charge after the initial first free month.
It is included in the regular TV bill.

Do you get a discount on the Netflix subscription when you bill it to your cable bill? If not, I really don't see the point.
