Hmm... I'm afraid I'm not sure what you're asking here. None of our equipment has a Netflix option included, so I couldn't direct you to that option on our cable receivers. We do always have our On Demand option available by hitting the On Demand button on your remote or going to channel 1.

If your television has Netflix built-in, ways to access that can vary. I can tell you that our universal remotes are not optimized for using advanced features on smart TVs, so you'll be best off using the original remote for those features.

We may be able to point you to manufacturer resources for your TV, or other users here may be able to help, but troubleshooting that would be outside Cox's scope.
