NBC Sports and Cox communications
Why can't I watch NBC sports online? Cox Communications is not listed as an available provider, why not? I could switch to Direct TV and get access. The reason that this is germane for me right now is that I am trying to watch the Sunday Night football game and my supposedly reliable cable is currently out so I thought I would watch the game on line, yet lo and behold that was not an option for me either as Cox is not a provider.

Hi Ravenlock,
Cox is a provider for NBC Sports LiveExtra online streaming and the NBC Sports LiveExtra mobile app for replays and live content aired on the NBC Sports Network. We do not yet have access to live-stream programs that air on NBC, such as Sunday Night Football. I apologize for the confusion!
