my data usage meter hasn't reset

It was supposed to yesterday, on the 24th my end of usage period.
It's now 25th and hasn't reset. still showing values for previous cycle!
I tried calling 4 times this morning. Call wait times were over 45 minutes.
The one time someone answered, I was quickly disconnected! :(

I'm trying to monitor my bandwidth usage so I don't go into overage.
Would appreciate having this reset today, as it should be. So I can help maintain accurate totals.
Can somebody please fix this?
I would greatly appreciate it!

The Data Usage page will only show the usage up to the previous day, so what you would be looking for is that it gives you the reset numbers for the 25th, tomorrow once it updates. It does not show you the usage for the current day in its readings.

Thanks for the response Edward. Since my usage period ended on the 24th, I was under the impression the meter would reset today being the 25th a day after, and show "zero". Since today is the beginning of the next usage period/billing cycle. Does the meter typically update at least 2 days after the end of a usage period?

The meter will show the readings as of midnight of the day, so if you are looking at it through the day it does not update for that days information till the next day. So it takes at most 24 hours for it to show updates.
