MSG and MSG+

First time reader/poster here.  I don't know if anyone from Cox actually reads this forum or not, but does anyone know if there are any plans for Cox to start carrying MSG (and hopefully MSG+) in Connecticut any time soon?  Or, is there any way to submit a suggestion/complaint about channel offerings?  I live in CT and, as my name suggests, am a NY Rangers fan, but unfortunately Cox does not carry MSG.  I do live within MSG's broadcast area, and Cox carries every other regional sports network in my area (SNY, YES, NESN, Comcast Sportsnet).  I have no issues with Cox otherwise, and I don't really feel like switching to AT&T Uverse or DIrectv, but it's very aggravating/ridiculous that I have to pay for the Center Ice package to watch a local team, or not be able to watch the games.
