Please suggest to CISCO that they allow recorded programs and recording schedules to be moved between DVRs on the same Home DVR Network.
This would be very useful:
1) When a scheduled program needs more space than is available on the DVR:
Before deleting any recorded programs to free up space, automatically move the longest recording to another visible DVR on the Home Network, selecting the DVR which has the most free space.
2) When a DVR must be swapped out of the Home Network:
Allow the scheduled program list and all programs recorded on a DVR to be transferred to another visible DVR on the network. This way a replacement DVR could be added to the network without loss of recorded programs or need for reprogramming the recording schedule on a replacement DVR. When the transfer was completed the failing DVR could be removed from the network.

Thanks Mike.
Thought of another useful case:
3) When you want to copy a recorded program from an invisible DVR to a visible DVR to make the program available to other devices on the Home Network.

I have checked with the teams that develop our updates and they have let me know it is something that is under consideration. Sorry I wish I had more info to be able to give at this point.
Thank you again for the input :)

Mike, thanks for the info. The more I use my Home Network DVRs the more I like them.
