Moving in with Another Cox Internet Customer

My girlfriend, who is a current cox internet user, is moving in with me. I, too, use cox Internet services. When she cancels her cox internet service, can she keep her cox email or have it transferred to fall under my cox account? She really doesn't like the thought of having to change her account and going through the problems of notifying all of her contacts that her account has changed.
