Motorola DCX3200 No Longer Responds to Universal Remote - CT

I doubt it, since that would effect everyone's remote, not just yours. Try reprogramming the remote with the code again. Sometimes the memory that stores the codes in remotes get messed up. Specially if your batteries are running low.

::Edit:: I have a DCX3416 and just tried my remote and everything is working normal. Im in RI and have a URC 8820 Moto.

Were you able to get the Harmony remote synched with the cable box again?

No luck getting the remote to work. We can still change channels using the numbers and channel up/down buttons but nothing else. We now found we can't get to on demand since you need to push "Enter" to get to it. In the past we just tuned to channel 1 and on demand would start. Now with the "Enter" command needed we can't get to it. Another weird thing is the Motorola remote box no longer displays the time. In the past, the time would show unless we tuned a channel and then for a short time the channel number would show and then go to time. Now we get either the channel number when on and when it is off it is blank. We can't get to the menu and check the settings since the menu button does not work. Maybe the box is dead. It looks like new cable box programming to me due the change in the on demand but I don't know.
