Missing channels

Can you provide us with more information? Are you getting any messages on those channels? Is this occurring on more than one set? Do you have a receiver connected?

Receiver is connected, no messages channels are just black screens.

The first thing I'd suggest trying is checking all of the connections to ensure they are hand tight then disconnect power for two minutes and reconnect to see if resetting helps.
