missed recordings

We have Contour and this past week all of the scheduled recordings were in missed recordings because it could not access the channel. They were all on different channels. What is the problem and what can I do to fix it?

Hi ostascl, are you able to access the channels normally, by tuning to them? Or are the signals for those channels not coming in?
