Mini box
I hooked up my mini box but i only get half the channels that i get on my big box

Do you know by chance if you subscribe to the TV Economy package? If so, only the TV with the regular box will receive all of the channels. The other TVs are only supposed to receive the TV Starter channels. Visit http://www.cox.com/channels for more information on programming available in your area as well as the package subscription requirements.

Please clarify for me what I should expect with the mini box for the metro Phoenix area. I currently have a HD receiver and advanced TV service, I have the TV Economy and starter package with the included Faith and Values Pak.
If I replace the HD Receiver with a mini box, what do I lose?

The mini-box is NOT meant to replace a standard receiver. It's only meant to continue receiving service on TVs that were previously connected straight to the wall without any box.
