Mini box problem
My first min box said it had a connection error and never connected, the cox person told me to return it, now my 2nd mini box does nothing, no signal at all I tried it on 2 cvs. It did look like maybe the box was opened before. Could I really have two broken min boxes or is something wrong with my cable line to my house old line weak signal. My Tvs have perfect pictures with the cable coming directly out of the wall. This is very time consuming.

Hello Maggie1.
We can certainly look into this issue for you.
Are you getting any error messages on the TV? Are you able to access the guide information?
Thanks,

I have seen a lot of problems with Mini boxes because they are installed on outlets which before was only wired for CATV. Mini boxes require upstream (CATV does not) and if the outlets are daisy chained, the upstream signal can be very bad.
Do you know how your house is wired with coaxial? How does the signal get from the street to the mini box?

I'm not sure of your setup, but we are interested to know since this is the 2nd attempt at installing a Mini Box. Has this been resolved after following the coax line from the source and running directly to the Cable in on the back of the Mini Box?
