Mini box channels
Why is it that all the channels are not available on the mini box that are available on the Contour box? I recently added a Variety Pak because I have a two year old going through Disney Junior withdrawals. Guess what channel she doesn't get on the mini box in her bedroom? Yep....Disney Junior. I am already spending her college education on cable and internet. All I really want is for Mickey Mouse clubhouse to leave my living room and enter her bedroom.

The mini box was designed with minimal features in order to keep the costs as low as possible for our customers. It only supports channels in the TV Starter and TV Essential tiers of service. The Disney Junior channel is in the Variety Pak, and will require a Cox Advanced TV receiver or a Cox-provided CableCARD together with a CableCARD-compatible retail device.
You can view the channel lineup for your market at www.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.html. The "Printable Lineup" link at the top of the page provides a PDF channel lineup arranged by tiers of service. For example: www.cox.com/content/dam/cox/residential/documents/tv/channel-lineup/arkansas/cl_nwark.pdf. Does this help?

Becky I have seen posts like this in different newsgroups. Cox should group the minbox channels in a tier like they do with the digital packs to avoid confusion
