Mini Box and Package

I currently am paying for the Advanced TV Premier package and recently picked up a min-box for my one television not hooked up to a digital receiver.  My question is if I should be expecting to get the same channel lineup with the mini box as I do with the DVR or should I be expecting the same line up I previously received on that television.  If it is supposed to be a full listing what can I do to correct the fact I appear to be missing some channels.
