Hi DisneyDiane,

We'd like to assist. What happens when you tune to those stations? Are you getting an error message when you tune to those stations?

I blame Having to switch to the digital boxes...and for the same price we were paying...we now get "The Starter Package". If we want the same channels we had...we must pay more.
