mcafee renewal

My pc says I need to renew Mcafee but when i login to cox.com and go to Mcafee security it wont offer to renew.

Your McAfee subscription through us will be associated with your cox.net primary email account. Make sure that is the email address you have registered with. You can try removing and reinstalling it via our Internet Tools to see if that helps. Our McAfee team can also be reached at 888-556-0959 should you need further assistance.
