I have requested a response twice now and have still not received anything.
------------------------
I would like a return response to explain to me why I was given an
answer that was 100% inaccurate to solve my problem.
1. Roku is available with HBO go via Cox
2. My other issues were not even addressed.
3. I had to call customer service to get the problem resolved.
I feel the response I received was not only false information, but was
sent to make me go away and do nothing to support me as a customer.
Extremely disappointed in your internet support.

I assume you have HBO? If so, then I agree the answer was inaccurate, see here. As for why, best guess is either human error, or some old or incorrect documentation they were referring to.
Are you able to access it now? Did you want to troubleshoot the problem or just find out why you were given a incorrect answer? First thing I would check is to make sure your logging in with the primary username. If you go into Internet tools > Manage email address it should confirm there.
::Edit:: Or it may have something to do with this thread.

Thank you for taking the time to help. I figured out the problems, but was extremely frustrated that I could not get a response after I was given such incorrect information. My goal was for a manager to correct, so this person does not continue to give others such poor information. I had to go somewhere to get a response as my emails were being ignored.
Thanks
