losing channels with the mini box?
I finally installed this dumb box and now all I have are local channels. I lost any channel in the 30-80 range. Any idea why? I'm insanely close to cancelling the *** tv service - I have nothing but problems

Are you subscribed to the TV Essentials package? Note that the mini-box only works with the TV Starter and TV Essential packages as listed at http://www.cox.com/channels

Do you know why this is? Technically, it is capable of decrypting any cable package right?
