loosing internet , modem logs has errors
My modem logs lists some errors everyday, I have no clue what that error means , my internet stops and comes back some times.

From this end it appears it's time to upgrade the modem to a newer DOCSIS 3.0 model as how yours isn't fast enough to support the speeds you're billing for. The events you're seeing in your modem logs are the modem moving to different channels to find available capacity. Since the modem can only be on one channel at a time it reboots every time this happens.
