I was logging on to my web page and a new name pop up under my e-mail name this has never happen before and I want to know has my e-mail been hacked...the name that appear is DarkAngelicWolves

Most likely, someone else (a friend, family member who you physically let use your computer) used your computer to log into their own account. Just like how your own log in will pop up automatically, since someone else logged in, now theirs will too.
You shouldn't need to worry about it.

No, you have not been hacked. Do you mean the username is listed on the cox.net sign in page? If so, that just means someone used your computer to sign in with. Did a friend or family member recently use the PC? If you want it go away, just delete your temp files and cookies.
