Lock Users on Contour TV
I wanted to know if there was a way to lock users on the Contour guide with the parental controls. Seems like it would be easier to set up a profile for the kids and then password protect changing the profiles.

There are many options in "Parental Controls." Perhaps you should explain more clearly want you want to do.
Look at PARENTAL CONTROLS->PARENTAL LOCKS->LOCK USERS

It sounds like you are able to reference a list of features/improvements in development based on your reply above.
For the benefit of Cox' Contour customers, would you please provide us with the list of issues that are being addressed with the development team? You could post a "Sticky" topic with these features and keep that list updated. It would serve very useful as customers can refer to that list without asking the same questions or reporting the same issues that Cox may already be made aware and is working to resolve.
