Lifetime activation on Apple TV

I would also like to understand and REQUEST, cox be added to the list of options to activate the Lifetime Channel on Apple TV.  Cox is the ONLY cable company not represented.  Looks like there have been others that requested this be added.

can add A&E iOS APP to this request, Cox is also one of the only major providers not listed for this channel.
