Las Vegas Account available in Pahrump?

I'm going to Pahrump, NV. for a few days. Will I be able to access my internet service while I am there?

It doesn't extend at all, thats why he was confused. Basically any Wifi in your home has the same range as your cordless phone. When you get Cox service what your getting is the internet service coming through the cable wire, into your house, and into your cable modem. The range at that point depends on what kind of wireless (Wifi) router you have connected to the modem. Just like the range of a cordless phone depends on the phone. Certainly not in another state though.

You would need to ask the person/place your staying and see if they have internet and/or wifi.

Im not sure what you mean? Are you moving there and asking if service is available in that area? It looks to be within Cox's foot print, but you would need to ask Cox's sales department about that. Or are you asking about CoxWifi or CableWifi? If so, doesn't look like are any Cox hotspots in NV. Or are you just confused and think Cox service is cellular or something that moves with you?

I'm going to be visiting for a few days. Yes, I suppose I'm enquiring about WiFi. I checked the wifi search thread and there are no hotspots available in NV . I have Cox Cable Internet, and was wondering just how far the service extended.
