KSAS HD not in HD

Hi, I've been watching ch 2004 since 3pm local time, and it's not in HD. It's the exact same size as the SD channel 04. Is it FOX or COX?

AliceFaye,

You can see the output format on the front of the cable box. When you are on HD channels, it will show 1080i or 720p. When you are on an SD channel, it should be 480i or 480p. Are you seeing the wrong output format when you are on the HD channels?
