keeping cox email address

You can downgrade your service to just  email accounts. This will allow you to keep your cox email accounts for as long as you want. Even if you are outside of our normal service area.

Is there a webpage or article that lists which markets allow this and which don't? I have seen conflicting statements here on if this service is still offered, so I am guessing it depends on where the poster was from.
