Just got Contour and lost a BASIC function - Alphabetical DVR listing

I love my new Contour service, but when you group recorded titles, they are arranged in order of date recorded. The previous cox system organized by date when not grouped, and alphabetical when grouped. That made sense. This new way does not.

You claim we can record up to 1000 hours of shows. Say those are all 1/2 hour shows. How will you find anything with 2000 shows to search? Yes, I know there's a search function, but alphabetical would be so much simpler!

mkindness, FYI, it take about 7GB to record and average 1-hour HD program. So, the 2TB HDD in the 9865HDC will hold about 285 1-hour HD programs, or about 570 1/2 hour HD programs. To store 1,000 programs (as Cox states in its commercial), 1/2 hour SD programs must be recorded. A little misleading, no? But yes, I agree that alphabetical sorting should be an option.
