I tried replying to an email that I have communicated with for over a year.  But this time I get an error saying my IP address is blacklisted using the above.  I don't spam and I'm just answering an email, so if they can send to me why am I blacklisted on my reply?

Are you able to email anybody at all?  Do you have the full error message you get when this happens so we may take a closer look?
