jeopardy not recording even tho it is highlighted
Several times Jeopardy does not record, even tho it is set to record and is highlighted like it will. It is always on a Friday and sometimes an important show, like a final of a series. It happened again last Friday, 2-5-16.

Perhaps a good start would be if you could tell us what box you're using and if you know if you're using the new Contour guide.

box is Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8240 HDC. I'm using whatever guide I see on the box.
