IR extender mini box
Page 25 of mini box setup states Provided free at cox solutions store! Went to two stores , they did not have or did not know of promo!
Spoke with tech support, same blank stare!
Need Ir extender (2) to hide boxes

I apologize for all the confusion and frustration this has caused! I'm trying to confirm when the IR Extenders will be available at the Solution Store, and I'll get back to you as soon as I have more information. Thanks for your patience!

Hi Mini,
I shared your experience with several of our local managers. It seems that we underestimated the demand for IR Extenders for use with the Mini Boxes, so three of the RI Solution Stores have yet to receive inventory. This is why the Solution Store staff wasn't able to fulfill your request. So that you don't have to worry about driving to other Solution Stores, one of our Retail Managers is going to reach out to you. We'll make sure you get the equipment you need!
