IPv6 and Xbox One

Despite having IPv6, my Xbox One is still using the IPv4 address; it does use an IPv6 DNS however. My when I log in to my router I can see it has assigned the Xbox an IPv6 address, but when I go in to the Xbox settings it still shows the IPv4 address.

Another strange issue I have is that my speed tests are drastically different on the Xbox than on any other device I test. I consistently get 16 down 7 up on the Xbox, where I get about 20 down 20 up on my laptop.

My Xbox is connected to my router through an Ethernet cable.

What router do you have? Seems like this isn't a Cox issue, but a Xbox issue and how Xbox uses IPv6. Seems they use Teredo Tunnels for game traffic and only use IPv6 for game downloads and a few other things. See here and here.
