Iphone and Imac emails

I can not send emails from my Iphone or Imac. 

I have deleted the account and re installed and it hasn't worked.

still get message that says username and password are incorrect.

I'd suggest trying to sign in at http://webmail.cox.net and see if your username and password work there.
