Ipad vs Cox email folder

Any Ipad users as frustrated as I am that your specific Cox email file folders can not be shown or sync on an Ipad?

I hate to answer a question with a question, but what do you mean by " email file folder " ? My wife has an iPad an I sync her email account to the iPad and my other email accounts on my iMac are fine.

If you are talking about somthing different could you expand on " file folder "
