I just upgraded to 100mb internet but its still slow I run speed check it says 28kbps how will I know if im getting the 100 mb that I upgraded

I looked from here and all appears to be well with the modem as far as I can tell.  I'd suggest testing with a gigabit wired Ethernet connection and see how your speeds are that way for starters.
