Internet Price increase.
Why did cox suddenly increase their prices on all internet packages? Prices increased but quality of service did not. Extremely frustrating for those living in an area where Cox is the only service provider.

To keep up with the costs incurred with ongoing network enhancements and increased operational costs, Cox must occasionally increase High Speed Internet rates. You mentioned having issues with the quality of your service, what's going on with your internet connection? I want to help.

A 14.2% rate increase for an existing 5Mb Internet-only connection is customer abuse. Period. - S. Blodgett, Phoenix

Hi, I completely agree Stephen. My internet went from $41.99 to 47.99. That is a very steep jump in price.
Thanks, Sondra
