Intermittent slow speeds
Greetings,
Intermittently I get slow speeds usually less the 1 meg, I reboot the modem and it seems to resolve the issue for a bit.
Here is the modem logs. Any ideas?

Hmm, I usually wouldn't worry too much about SYNC timing errors in the log, but the fact that you had over 30 in one day is suspect. Do the times you have the problem match up with the times those errors occured in the log? Looks like the main issue happened 1/24/14. Is that day significant in anyway?
Could you post your signal levels too? That might give more insight. Also, what kind of modem is it?
Last, you might want to edit your post to remove the MAC address from the post.

Here are my levels, I recently replaced the modem and had a tech out. Had a bad tap from the street, service has improved but still getting significant drops in speed.

I would say the issue is the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) of your downstream, which is only 31.6 when it should be at least 36. Did the Tech say anything about that?
Also, those signal levels look like it could be from a DOCSIS 2.0 modem, which is odd since you say it's a new modem. What model is it and where did you buy it?

It is a SB 6180, purchased from cox.
Levels looked good before.. Looks like another service call then.. the SNR ratio is fluctuating between 31 and 34
