Intermittent drops and reduced speeds

This seems to be a typical problem where I have T3 and T4 errors, call for a tech, they replace and fix some things then leave saying all is well, I now have my 3rd tech visit scheduled, and have still T3 adn T4 errors among others in my modem which brand new. Its a Netgear C3700-100NAS...

Please, please, please help me solve this. From reading and researching, I can only guess that there is another problem somewhere in my neighborhood node that is affecting me upline somewhere and/or since houses are build built close to me something has gotten messed up there or is overloading our CMTS?

if I am wrong about the cause, and there is something that can be done on the cox end to reconfigure or solve this, I will be eternally grateful, I have had so far two tier 2 tickets on this issue...

@kingfenix

It's true that if you get enough T3/T4 events you will start to see the connection have problems however I'm more concerned about the wifi channel change/interference events being logged.  Are you also seeing problems with wired connections?  It might be helpful to try configuring a fixed channel of 1, 6, or 11 and see if there is any improvement.
