Installed a new DOCSIS 3.0 modem, download speed capped at 32 Mbps.
I installed a new DOCSIS 3.0 modem and the download speed seems to be capped at 32 Mbps.
The modem is a Motorola SB6121.
I have the Preferred plan.
Can you please check my service settings?

Give it a try now and see. Note if you're still using a wireless-G router you might not see an improvement in speeds.
